LEARN NOW, PAY LATER (LNPL), is a of installment payment plan for customers intend to sign up to obtain service for Driving / Riding license package at Safety Driving Centre with Company name: Safety Driving Centre (Sel) Sdn Bhd and Co reg No: 160118-P (SDC) The total package cost will divides your purchase into multiple equal payments, with the first due at checkout using the selected Bank’s credit card. The remaining payments are billed to your credit card until your purchase is paid in full. These plans can come with zero interest but not limited to any fees (if incur such as service fee, taxation or any cost incur by bank / service provider).
1) Banks or service providers LEARN NOW, PAY LATER installment plan has the right to conduct credit checks.
2) Customer who wants to do LEARN NOW, PAY LATER installment plan is not applicable for the JPJ Basic package.
3) Customer who wants to do the LEARN NOW, PAY LATER, installment plan is not eligible for any discounts/promotions/alteration of package content/rebates
4) Minimum transaction amount of RM1000.00.

8) The service provider for LEARN NOW, PAY LATER is Pine Payment Solutions SDN. BHD and credit facility are supported by AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad.
9) Customer / Cardholder must satisfy the SDC’s terms and conditions for the purchase of goods and/or services as appears on our website www.sdc.com.my
10) The credit card accounts are in good standing, not in default, over the limit, or in breach of any terms and conditions in the Card Agreement of the bank.
11) Up on successful need to follow up with banks if need further clarification on repayments re-arrangements / amendments / or full settlements
12) LEARN NOW, PAY LATER payment plan is from 6 to 24 months that we offer to our customers as one of their payment options.
13) No, there are no other processing or additional fees for Easy Payment Plan unless banks, service providers, or any governmental fees are applied.
14) LEARN NOW, PAY LATER installment plan is only applicable for credit cards.
15) While the amount of monthly installments is computed based on the purchase amount divided evenly by the chosen installment period, in the event of any balance, that balance shall be added onto the first or last installment amount as determined by the Bank in its sole and absolute discretion.
16) Upon the Bank’s approval of the Customer’s / Card holder’s request to purchase under the LEARN NOW, PAY LATER payment plan and selected installment plan and the cardholder signing the charge slip/debit authorization form, the full purchase amount shall be deducted from the customer’s / cardholder’s available credit limit. The customer’s / cardholder’s credit limit shall be gradually restored with each EPP installment paid by the cardholder to the Bank by an amount equivalent to each such installment.
17) The Bank/credit provider has the absolute right to decline or reject any request by the customer/cardholder to make his purchase under EPP without giving any reasons thereof.
18) SDC not be liable or responsible in any manner for any loss or damage howsoever arising from the Bank exercising its right under any provision in the terms and conditions, even if the Bank or SDC had been advised of the possibilities of such damages in advance.
19) SDC shall not be liable for any inadequate, defective, or damaged goods or services or other disputes between the cardholders and the Bank relating to any purchase of goods and/or services from SDC.
20) Notwithstanding any dispute between the cardholder and Bank, the cardholder irrevocably authorizes SDC to continue to debit the monthly installment amounts according to the installment plan to the cardholder’s card account and credit to the SDC account.
21) SDC shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any actions, claims, damages, costs, charges, and expenses which the cardholder may suffer, sustain or incur in relation to any purchase.
22) Only for credit cards issued by banks registered In Malaysia and payment processing networks from Visa or Mastercard only.
