2. Eligibility

The Lucky Draw is open to all customers who:

Register for any SDC licensing product during the contest period via:

Online registration, OR Walk-in registration

Complete minimum payment / registration confirmation (as per SDC policy)

Applicable for:

Car / Motorcycle License

-Fresh Packages Class-                              
D / DA / B2/ B / A1

            &

-Add Class packages –                           
 D / DA / B2/ B/ E /H

Any eligible SDC packages approved by management

3. How to Earn Lucky Draw Entries

Each eligible registration will receive Lucky Draw coupon based on the following structure:

Entry Allocation

1 completed registration = 1 Lucky Draw entry

Multiple registrations : Each person eligible for single entry only regardless of number of package registered with payment.Lucky draw coupon will be distributed during the KPP01 course for those registered for fresh package or at payment counter for those registered for Add class package.

4. Entry Collection Method

Online registrations

Entries will be auto recorded in SDC’s registration system

Each entry assigned a unique Lucky Draw number

Walk-in registrations

Lucky Draw number issued upon successful registration with minimum payment

Details recorded into the central Lucky Draw database

All entries will be digitally consolidated to avoid duplication or fraud.

5. Lucky Draw Qualification & Winner Verification 

Winners are not required to be physically present at the Hari Raya Open House event.

When a Lucky Draw entry is selected, the Emcee will announce the winner on stage and place a live phone call (via local telco) to the registered contact number.The winner must answer the call before it goes to voicemail / before the call is disconnected.If the call is successfully answered, the winner is deemed valid and entitled to the prize.If the call is not answered (no answer, unreachable, phone switched off, or call goes to voicemail), the entry  will be voided immediately, and a second draw will be conducted on the spot.

Important Notes

Only the first call attempt will be made.No call-back requests or appeals will be entertained.

SDC Management’s decision is final and binding.

6. Lucky Draw Sessions (Event Day)

Lucky Draw will be conducted live on stage during the Open House:

Session 1: 12:00 PM

Session 2: 2:00 PM

Prizes will be distributed across both sessions.

7. Prize Structure

Each participant can win only one (1) prize to ensure fairness

 All prizes are awarded on an “as-is, where-is” basis.

SDC does not provide, cover, or facilitate any warranty, guarantee, insurance, or after-sales support for the prizes.Any warranty claims, defects, damages, servicing, registration, insurance, or maintenance (where applicable) shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

SDC shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, malfunction, injury, or inconvenience arising from the use of the prizes.By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to these terms and conditions.

8. Fraud & Fair Play Control

Each Lucky Draw number can be used only once

Winners’ details will be verified against registration records

SDC reserves the right to:

Disqualify incomplete or fraudulent entries

Replace prizes with items of similar value if necessary

9. Announcement & Publicity

Lucky Draw promotion will be communicated via:

• Social media (FB, IG, TikTok-live)
• WhatsApp broadcast
• Website & banners

Winners may be featured in:

• Event photos
• Social media posts
• Marketing materials

   

10. Organizer Rights

SDC Management’s decision is final and binding

Contest mechanics may be adjusted without prior announcement if required

11. Prize Collection Method & Deadline
    

Winners who are present at the Hari Raya Open House event may collect their prizes immediately on the spot, subject to verification. Winners who are not present at the event but successfully verified via live video call may collect their prizes at SDC Main Office. Collection for non-attending winners must be made on or before 30 April 2026.Winners are required to present: Valid identification (IC / Passport), and Proof of winning (call verification / official confirmation by SDC).Prizes not collected by 30 April 2026 will be forfeited, and SDC reserves the right to deal with the unclaimed prizes at its discretion.
