OctoBack Cashback Promo – Terms & Conditions
1. This promotion is valid only for Fresh / Add Class Packages (D / DA / B2 / B).
2. This promotion is not valid for the JPJ Basic Package.
3. The promotion is valid from 15th October 2025 to 31st October 2025.
4. Cashback will only be credited via Touch ‘n Go eWallet. No other payment methods are accepted for cashback claims.
5. Cashback claims must be made within the period of 1st February 2026 to 31st October 2026. Claims made after this period will not be processed
6. This promotion has a limited quota. SDC reserves the right to discontinue or adjust the promotion/discount in stages based on package quota availability.
7. Valid for both online and manual registrations at the office, provided the student selects the promo package to redeem the cashback.
8. A minimum first-stage payment (based on the selected package) must be made in full upon registration.
9. This promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions.
10. Voided Condition: If you make changes (like switching to a different package, change different class, or altering the agreed-upon arrangement) the eligibility for the cash back will be voided
11. Candidates who have previously registered or are currently registered with SDC are not eligible for this promotion.
12. Candidates must not be blacklisted or having any summon by JPJ or PDRM during registration.
13. SDC reserves the right to refuse or terminate the application of any candidate who violates the terms and conditions set by SDC or JPJ.

15. SDC reserves the right to withhold refunds if a candidate breaches any terms and conditions set by SDC or JPJ.

17. Candidates must register between 15th October 2025 and 31st October 2025 to qualify.
18. Walk-in candidates must register using their own ID via the self-registration kiosk or their personal smartphone.
19. This promotion is not applicable for Easy Payment or “Learn Now, Pay Later (LNPL)” facilities.
SOP for Claiming Cashback – OctoBack Cashback Promo
1. Complete the Licensing Journey
- Successfully complete your driving license process and pass the JPJ test.
- Ensure you receive your JPJ test result slip or certification as proof of completion.
2. Visit the SDC Admin Office
After passing the JPJ exam, visit the SDC Admin Office in person.
Bring the following documents:
– Proof of JPJ test completion (e.g. JPJ Test Slip)
– Valid Identification (NRIC / Passport) for verification
3. Fill Out the Touch ‘n Go eWallet Cashback Promo Claim Form
• Request the Cashback Promo Claim Form from the SDC Admin Office.
• Complete the form accurately with the following details:
❖ Full Name (as per NRIC / Passport)
❖ Registration ID (NRIC / Passport Number)
❖ Contact Information (Touch ‘n Go eWallet phone number)
4. Submit the Form
• Submit the completed form together with all required documents to the SDC Admin
Staff.
5. Verification Process
• The SDC Admin Team will verify your registration details, JPJ test results, and
supporting documents to confirm eligibility.
6. Receive Your Cashback
• Upon successful verification, your cashback amount (based on your selected
package) will be credited via your registered Touch ‘n Go eWallet within 30
working days from approval.
7. Follow Up (If Necessary)
• If your cashback is not received within the stated timeframe, please contact the SDC
Admin Office or email: customercare@sdc.com.my.
8. Important Notes
• EWALLET/Account Name Match: The cashback will only be transferred to an
eWallet registered under the same name as the applicant (as per NRIC/Passport). No
third-party transfers are allowed. The registered eWallet account name must tally
with the registered person’s name.
• Cashback claims are valid only after 1 month from the date you pass your JPJ test.
• You must submit your claim within 1 month from your JPJ test passing date.
• Claims made after the claim period (1 February 2026 – 31 October 2026) will not
be processed.
• Ensure all documents and details provided are complete and accurate to avoid
processing delays.
• All cashback claims must comply with the OctoBack Cashback Promo Terms &
Conditions.
