Medical Check-up can be done in any clinics or hospitals. Completed with original payment receipt.

Stage 1 – Registration

Candidates are required to submit all required documents such as a completed medical form (JPJL8A), medical examination payment receipt (Original), copy of MyKad, and Driving license (front & back view). All documents must be sent 10 days before the theory course. Candidates who are medically unfit to register will be rejected for registration. The course schedule will be provided after payment is received.

The Medical Examination must be carried out by the candidate at his own expense (the JPJL8A form must be completed completely by a registered medical doctor).

Stage 2 - PSV course

Candidates are required to attend the 7 Hour lecture for the PSV course at 8.00 am at our premises. (The course starts from 9 am till 4 pm ). Candidates are required to enter our registration office with their original Mykad, and driving license and must wear a collared T-shirt / collared shirt, long pants, and shoes. Late candidates for the course may require to reschedule for another slot on a different day.

Please pay attention

If the candidate does not attend the course after booking the course date, registration is automatically canceled and payment is canceled, and need to pay again for the new course date booking. No refund after payment. (ONLY APPLICABLE FOR AFFORDABLE PACKAGE )

Stage 3 - PSV license

The PSV license (Class D/DA) can be processed after completing the theory course only. Candidates can pick up complete documents after 3 days from the Course date. The license can only be processed at any JPJ counter by the candidate himself with the documents we will provide. However, candidates need to bring: A photograph with a white background, a Course attendance certificate (SDC provides), and the JPJLA form required.

Full payment is required prior to registration.
No refund after payment.
Candidates must have a CDL (Class D/DA) car license for a minimum of 1 year. (The Probation Driving License ( P License ) is also not valid for Vocational License registration (P License).

1. Class D/DA CDL license holders are eligible to register for a PSV vocational license.

Candidates must be free from any JPJ or PDRM blacklist. The entire module can be stopped if the candidate is blacklisted during the licensing process. It is the candidate's responsibility to ensure that there are no restrictions before and after registering. If the candidate is found to be blacklisted then the registration is automatically canceled and Repayment is required to set a new course date. No refund after payment.

Candidates must be 21 years of age or older.

If the candidate wants to register for PSV & GDL License, then it is necessary to make two registrations according to class and two sets of documents & forms (original).

1. Copy of identity card (back and front view)
2. Photocopy of Class D /DA Driver's License (CDL). (Back and front view)

PSV Driving License Flowchart

1^st Level – Enrollment

The client is required to submit all required documents such as a dully filled medical form (JPJL8A), medical consultation payment receipt (Original), copy of Mykad and Driving license (both front & rear view), and 2 license size color photos. All documents need to submit 10 days prior to the theory course. Course schedule will be provided upon payment confirmation notice, commitment letter, or Purchase order issued from your side. 2^nd Level – PSV course

Candidates are required to attend 7 hours lecture at 7.00am at our premise. (Course starts at 9am until 4pm on this day). Candidate required to walk into our registration office with original Mykad, driving license and must be wearing collared T-shirts / shirts, long pants and shoe. Candidate late for the course may require them to re- schedule for another slot on different day. Reading materials will be provided during registration.

3^rd Level – PSV license

PSV License can be process after attending the theory course only. Candidate required to surrender any existing GDL / PSV License if the poses one. The processing duration will take about 10 days. Upon the license is ready we will only pass the license back to the client. The duration may be extended if JPJ requires additional payment or document.
