Complete your licensing process and successfully pass your JPJ test.

Visit SDC Admin Office
Visit the SDC Admin Office on the same day you pass your JPJ test. Bring your JPJ test slip and valid NRIC or Passport.

Complete the required DuitNow cashback claim information.

Submit your completed claim form and supporting documents to SDC.

Verification
SDC will verify your campaign registration, package, payment record and JPJ result.

Approved cashback will be processed through DuitNow within 30 working days.

IMPORTANT — CLAIM ON YOUR PASSING DATE
The cashback claim form should be completed on the same day you pass your JPJ test. If overlooked, you have a maximum grace period of 3 working days. After this period, your cashback entitlement will be voided.

Please review the full Mer-Back69 Cashback Promo requirements before registering.
- This promotion is valid only for Fresh / Add Class Packages (D / DA / B2 / B).
- This promotion is not valid for the JPJ Basic Package.
- The promotion is valid from 15 August 2026 to 16 September 2026, inclusive.
- Cashback will be processed via DuitNow to the candidate's registered account. The receiving account must be registered under the candidate's name and match the candidate's NRIC or Passport details.
- The cashback claim form must be completed on the candidate's JPJ test passing date. Claims overlooked for more than 3 working days will be voided.
- This promotion has a limited quota. SDC may discontinue or adjust the promotion based on package slot availability.
- Valid for both online and manual office registrations, provided the promotional package is selected during promotion period.
- A minimum first-stage payment, based on the selected package, must be paid in full upon registration.
- This promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotion.
- Changing the package, licence class, or agreed registration arrangement will void cashback eligibility.
- Candidates who registered before the campaign period are not eligible.
- Candidates must not be blacklisted or have outstanding summons with JPJ or PDRM during registration.
- SDC may refuse or terminate an application that violates SDC or JPJ terms and conditions.

- SDC may withhold refunds if a candidate breaches any terms and conditions set by SDC or JPJ.
- Cashback entitlement is not transferable between candidates.
- Walk-in candidates must register using their own ID through the self-registration kiosk or personal smartphone.
- This promotion is not applicable to Easy Payment or Learn Now, Pay Later (LNPL) facilities.
- SDC reserves the right to amend these terms where necessary, subject to management approval.
